Gentle care blending acupuncture, meditation, and holistic healing.

A Different Kind of Session

Each Visit follows the same unhurried, attentive structure

1) Settle & Listen

We begin by slowing down.

You are given time to speak about your current state - your sleep, your stress, your pain, your energy.

Your condition is not treated as a fixed diagnosis, but as a living pattern that can shift from week to week.

2) Treat & Guide

As acupuncture begins, your body gradually releases physical tension.

While the needles rest, I gently guide you through Number Meditation - a structured, simple countdown method that helps the mind let go of protective overactivity.

Body and mind settle together.

Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed.

3) Ground & Return

We close slowly.

You are guided back with steadiness, clarity, and grounding - so the calm you experience is not abrupt, but integrated.

How the Meditation Deepens Over Time.

While each session follows a structured flow, The Number Meditation itself progresses gently over time.

There is no pressure to advance. Progress unfolds naturally as your nervous system becomes more stable.

Phase 1 - Foundational Practice

In the beginning, we focus on a simple engagement with numbers.

This includes playful familiarity with number awareness and the basic 10-to-1 guided sequence.

The goal is not depth, but comfort and safety.

Your nervous system learns that slowing down is possible.

Phase 2 - Deepening Regulation

As sessions continue, the practice becomes more refined.

Attention stabilizes more easily.

Breathing slows more naturally.

Mental resistance decreases.

The countdown sequence becomes a doorway rather than an exercise.

Phase 3 - Advanced Internal Stability

In later stages, the practice supports sustained inner steadiness.

Rather than "trying to relax,"

your system begins to regulate itself with less effort.

The meditation becomes integrated rather than guided.
